We ship anywhere in India our courier partners serve. Enter your pincode in the bag before checkout to see whether we deliver there and what it costs. We do not ship outside India yet.

The delivery charge depends on your pincode and the weight of the parcel, and checkout shows it as its own line before you pay. It is never folded into the price of a piece.

A piece in stock is checked, packed and handed to the courier within 2–4working days of payment. Delivery after dispatch usually takes a few days more, depending on how far your pincode is from us; the courier’s estimate appears with your tracking.

A custom miniature is made after you approve its proof, so it has its own timeline. See Custom miniatures.

Printed pieces have thin parts, so each one is wrapped on its own and boxed with padding on every side. Before you open the parcel, check the outer box. If it is crushed or torn, photograph it before opening; it makes any damage claim quick to settle.

When your order is dispatched we send you the courier’s tracking link. You can also follow it from your orders once signed in.
